4. Memphis Grizzlies – Marvin Bagley, PF, Duke

Bagley is the perfect fit for the Memphis Grizzlies. His off ball defensive woes and lack of rim protection will be hidden with Marc Gasol.

Bagley could also thrive offensively in Memphis. With the threat of a Bagley and Mike Conley ball screen game, to go along with Bagley being able to be a natural post scorer with Marc Gasol playing more on the high post area. The combination of the Grizzlies two stars combined with Bagley could provide a rapid offensive improvement.

Also, Bagley will be able to hide Gasol’s below average rebounding ability and could eventually provide some grab and go equity being able to push the ball in transition. There really isn’t a better fit or talent at this position in the draft. The Memphis Grizzlies need Marvin Bagley.
