As the NBA playoffs creep closer, we rank the top 10 role players of the 2017-18 season

As the 2017-18 NBA regular season slowly comes to an end, many will praise the usual superstars like LeBron James, Kevin Durant and James Harden.

However, there are a plethora of players that don’t get as much love as they do. But that’s why we’re here.

We’re going to take a look at the 10 best role players from the 2017-18 NBA season.

Honorable Mentions

Kyle Korver, Cleveland Cavaliers

Among all the craziness that Cleveland Cavaliers have gone through this season, Kyle Korver and LeBron James were the only two consistent players on the floor. With J.R. Smith being shaky from 3 all season, that is not true with Kyle Korver. He has been shooting lights out in Cleveland making 44 percent of his 3-pointers this season.

Andre Roberson, Oklahoma City Thunder

If Roberson did not get injured this season, he would easily be on this top 10 list. However, he missed way too many games to justify a spot. He was at a plus-8 on the net rating with the Thunder and was there best defender on the team before he went down.
