NBA: 7 most improved players from the 2017-18 season
By Codi Benner
6. Spencer Dinwiddie, Brooklyn Nets
2016-17 Stats: 7.3 PPG, 3.1 APG
2017-18 Stats: 12.6 PPG, 6.5 APG
Spencer Dinwiddie plays a lot like a younger more athletic Shaun Livingston. He most likely won’t become a big-time scorer but he has enough intangibles to be a 15 point per game scorer in the future.
His height mixed with his playmaking skills could make him one of the mid-tier point guards in the league. He could become a great starting point guard or a backup point guard that plays a lot of minutes for the Nets or for another franchise.
The Nets don’t have a lot of talent on their limited roster, but Dinwiddie is one piece that they can legitimately build around moving forward.
