Portland Trail Blazers

Portland could have easily been in the top three most surprising teams. However, I decided to include them here due to the experience as opposed to other teams. Portland will have the 3 seed in this year’s playoffs which is an improvement from the 8 seed when they finished 41-41 last season.

The Blazers are a team to watch in this year’s playoffs. Nobody is really talking about them because all the focus is on the Warriors and Rockets.

However, this Portland team has had capable playoff experience. They also know what it takes to beat the likes of the Warriors. The Blazers always play the Warriors well even though they lost to them last postseason. Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum have the talent to make some noise this year in the playoffs.

The Blazers were expected to improve this season, but a comfortable spot in the 3rd seed is probably the most they could’ve hoped for. Will the Blazers be able to make a run this postseason? They will most likely have to go through the Warriors again to do so.
