Oklahoma City Thunder – Billy Donovan

Billy Donovan’€™s job is safe. In his first year, his Thunder team led by Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook gained a 3-1 lead over the 73-9 Warriors in the Western Conference Finals.

When Durant left, the Thunder were still able to make the playoffs. This year, Donovan’€™s group have superstars have been up and down. There were times they looked awful, yet they have pushed themselves back to being a fourth-seed team.

The amount of credit that can be given to Billy Donovan for OKC’s success is uncertain as the team usually goes as far as Westbrook is willing to take them.
