Sacramento Kings – Dave Joerger

For the first time in a long time, the Kings have stuck with their hiring. Dave Joerger has been head coach for two full seasons without hiccups or setbacks by the front office.

There is still a cause for concern. With the drafting of De’€™Aaron Fox and the continuation of building through the draft, Dave Joergers slow paced basketball won’€™t fit.

The Kings had tried to bring in veterans like George Hill, Zach Randolph, and Vince Carter to fit Daves style of play but it didn’€™t work. Sacramento is still in the lottery.

With a larger pool of more modern coaches, the Sacramento Kings front office may be tempted to make another move.

We will just have to wait and see.
