Denver Nuggets – Mike Malone

Going into the his fourth year, Mike Malone has managed to rebuild this young, Denver group into a playoff contender. It wasn’€™t an easy path either.

The Nuggets used to be a lottery team. Now they are a team that is able to draw talent.

In my opinion, if it wasn’€™t for Paul Milsap missing a bunch of games, I bet the Nuggets would be in the playoffs.

But I don’€™t think Malone’€™s job is as safe as many think. The 2018-19 season will be an influential one. Next year will be Malone’€™s last year on his contract, so he will have to get his team to perform.

If Mike Malone’€™s Nuggets team does not make the playoffs next year, Denver’s front office might look elsewhere.
