Channing Frye has carved out a good career for himself. A lifelong 3 and D type with length and energy, Frye has been able to stay in the league now for 13 seasons for six teams. He was an essential bench player for the last two Cleveland Cavalier finals teams before being shipped, in the great Cleveland exodus this past trade deadline, to the Lakers. Channing seems to stay active off the court as well, running his Frye Family Foundation.

His LinkedIn page has not been updated since July 2014 when he was a player for the Orlando Magic which is ironic because that is where a lot of careers go to die in the NBA. Poor Frank Vogel.

My “Professional” Opinion: Definitely needs an update. I get it that L.A. has a lot more to do than Orlando and that he might be distracted but knowing where he is would be helpful for a recruiter like myself. A more professional picture would go a long way as well. How he has not started a fast food franchise incorporating his last name yet I will never understand.
