10. Wendell Carter, C, Duke

For much of the 2017-18 NCAA season, Wendell Carter was known as the “other” guy for the Duke Blue Devils. And that’s not a knock on Carter; that’s testament to who good of a recruiting class Duke had.

While most of the attention was on Marvin Bagley, who will likely be a top 3 or 4 pick in this year’s NBA Draft, Carter really did some nice things for Duke on the basketball court. Averaging nearly 14 points and nine rebounds per game, Carter showed that he has the ability to play in this new generation of basketball.

He even averaged one 3-point attempt per game, shooting the deep ball at a 41 percent clip.
