2. Luka Doncic, G/F, Slovenia

If Luka Doncic had gone to college at an American University, I firmly believe that he’d be the unanimous top prospect in the 2018 NBA Draft. But because we haven’t seen enough of him, he can’t be the No. 1 prospect.

Those are the rules, apparently.

Nevertheless, Doncic has a unique skill-set, one that should put him in rare company. Doncic can handle the ball, shoot, distribute and has already accomplished plenty in Europe at the ripe age of 19. If he doesn’t go in the top 2, there is going to be one very happy team that is picking between 3-5.
