In our 2018 NBA Mock Draft 5.0, Mo Bamba continues his rise into the top 3 and Trae Young takes a bit of a tumble as teams worry about his size

Over the next few weeks the whispers surrounding the 2018 NBA Draft are only going to grow louder and louder. And, because of that, it’s going to be difficult to distinguish between what’s really true and what isn’t.

This is the way teams, especially at the top, will begin to angle and set themselves up for the prospect they believe makes the most sense for them. This is also a tactic used to scare away others teams, potentially those selecting ahead of them, from snagging the player that they really want.

All that aside, though, one player that is gaining a ton of traction in the weeks leading up to the draft is Mo Bamba. And he’s a name that could find himself in consideration for being the top overall pick in this year’s draft.

With that in mind, here’s our latest mock draft.
