19. Will Barton, Unrestricted 

Stats: 15.7 ppg, 4.1 apg

Will Barton will likely end up being a cap casualty for the Denver Nuggets. They simply can’t pay every and if Barton gets the big money that he’s expected to get on the open market, the Nuggets are going to have to let him walk.

Barton is a solid player that could develop into one of the best Sixth Man’s in the NBA. I expect a team try to pay him like a starter though, and if that happens that could end up hurting him in the long run. I’m just not convinced he’s a starter, which is exactly why he’s a bit lower on this list.
