11. Julius Randle, Restricted

Stats: 16.1 ppg, 8.0 rpg
Julius Randle really began to round into shape this season with the Los Angeles Lakers. He’s by no means a finished product as a player, but he’s definitely on the right track even if the Lakers don’t believe he’s a potential difference-maker.

LA will likely prioritize chasing LeBron James, Paul George and possibly DeMarcus Cousins this summer. Don’t be surprised if Randle tries to sign an offer sheet quickly this summer, so he could face the Lakers’ hand.
