10. Zach LaVine, Restricted

Stats: 16.7 ppg, 3.0 apg

Much like another player who we’ll soon get to, Zach LaVine is coming off a significant knee injury and that’s likely the biggest reason he’s hitting the restricted free agent market this summer.

LaVine has shown flashes of brilliant with the Chicago Bulls, but the jury is still out on whether he will be an elite player in the NBA. He has all the athleticism that you look for, but leaves much to be desired when it comes to efficiency and basketball IQ.

The Bulls are in a tough spot when it comes to LaVine. They have a very difficult decision to make.
