8. Jabari Parker, Restricted

Stats: 12.6 ppg, 4.9 rpg

Had he not suffered a significant knee injury two seasons ago, Jabari Parker would already be locked up for the foreseeable future. However, he has missed roughly a season of games over the last two years.

That’s the biggest reason why he’s about to hit restricted free agency this summer. Parker’s game is perfect for today’s NBA. He can play outside or inside and even though he struggles on the defensive end, he has the athleticism to make it all work.
