Stats: 12.7 ppg, 6.2 apg

Elfrid Payton’s offensive repertoire is beginning to catch up with his defensive prowess, and that is great news for hre. im overall as a free agent. Problem is, after playing with the Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns last season, no one really knows.

Payton is coming along, but still likely needs another couple years of developing before he can truly blossom. Expect any team that takes a flier on Payton to be a team that still has more growing than contending to do in the foreseeable future.
