18. San Antonio Spurs – Melvin Frazier, F, Tulane

Melvin Frazier is the perfect San Antonio Spur prospect. He’s long, athletic and has the potential to be a lockdown defender. While his offense is still really raw, put him in a system like San Antonio’s and he could really develop into a promising player in a few years.

Frazier could end up being one of the steals in this draft because his physical traits are all there. During his final season with Tulane, Frazier shot 56 percent from the field and an impressive 39 percent from 3-point range.
