Charlotte Hornets

Biggest Priority: Cutting salary

Somehow, some way, the Charlotte Hornets need to figure our how to cut some of their salary. The amount of money that they’re paying to field a team that’s not even good enough to make the playoffs in the Eastern Conference is pretty insane.

Even if that means attaching Kemba Walker to one of their really bad contracts, the Hornets should entertain the idea. This team’s core has run its course, and it’s time for Charlotte to hit the reset button.

The next few years for Charlotte are going to be rough. There’s really no shortcut here. They just need to begin this complete rebuild as soon as possible.
