22. Chicago Bulls – Chandler Hutchinson, F, Boise State

Chandler Hutchinson reportedly received a promise that he would be drafted in the first round by some team, and many believe that was the Chicago Bulls. Two days until the NBA Draft, I have no reason to believe that it wasn’t them.

Hutchinson averaged 20 points, eight rebounds and four assists during his final season with the Boise State Broncos, proving that he could do a little of everything. If he can translate at least some of that success and production to the next level, he should find little trouble being a rotation player.
