23. Indiana Pacers – Elie Okobo, PG, France

Elie Okobo has worked his way into likely being a first-round selection in the 2018 NBA Draft. And he would fit right in with the Indiana Pacers, who’s biggest weakness this pat season was the point guard position.

Okobo is 6-foot-2 the has a consistent jumper, which will hopefully translate to the next level. He can handle the ball and grow into being a lead-guard. The Pacers could add a veteran via free agency, but would be hoping Okobo could one day be the starter.
