NBA Trade Rumors: There was not a ton of movement on NBA Draft night, but here are 10 players who could be dealt during the summer

Many expected the 2018 NBA Draft to be littered by trade after trade. However, the draft came and went without much movement. In fact, it was actually too quiet.

It’s not known why exactly we didn’t see as much movement as many predicted, but my best – and mostly uninformed – guess is that LeBron James and the Kawhi Leonard situation have the rest of the league in a standstill. Before making moves, the rest of the NBA wants to know where LeBron is going to land and if Kawhi is going to be available via trade.

And that makes sense. It would be smart for teams to wait these two variables out, especially if any of these same teams – the ones that will be making moves – feel they have any kind of shot at LeBron or Kawhi.

However, the LeBron Decision 3.0 should be decided by mid-July – free agency officially begins July 1 – and we’ll know more about what the San Antonio Spurs plan on doing about Kawhi sooner rather than later. The Spurs are expected to meet with Kawhi more as the offseason really begins.

But as NBA Free Agency really gets underway, the probability of seeing more movement via trade will drastically go up. With that in mind, here are 10 players that could be moved during the summer.
