NBA Rumors: Predicting where the top 10 free agents will land

5. DeMarcus Cousins – C, Washington Wizards/ New Orleans Pelicans

I have to admit right now I have a bias for both John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins. I really want them to play together and act as if an Achilles injury just never happened. Cousins does have a ton of concern going into the season due to that injury and it does make sense.

Most players do not return to what they were and play in a shell due to that injury.

Expect the big man to have a smaller offer than what was to be expected before the injury. Maybe a four year 40 million dollar deal or the same amount of years and 80 million dollars. I love DeMarcus Cousins and see him more than just a player but an icon.
