3-Point Percentage

(Honorable Mentions: Mikal Bridges, Zhaire Smith, Melvin Frazier)

Landry Shamet, Philadelphia 76ers

Philadelphia’s offense creates a ton of open looks from beyond the arc. Sharpshooters Landry Shamet and Zhaire Smith are hoping to capitalize on these looks.

Luckily they’ll have one of the best dimers in the league setting them up in Ben Simmons and all-star center Joel Embiid is an underrated passer from the post. Smith has not yet proven he’s as good a shooter as his 45 percent college mark would suggest. His hyper-efficiency came on only 1.1 attempts per game.

Shamet, on the other hand, has proven his jumper is for real after back-to-back seasons making over two 3-pointers a game at a 44 percent rate.

Mikal Bridges, similarly,  is as dangerous as they come from downtown, although he won’t have the supporting cast Shamet will to help get him clean looks.
