With the busy portion of the 2018 NBA Free Agency period pretty much in the books, we look back at the five best value signings of the offseason thus far

This is not going to be a look at some of the NBA’s biggest stars and contracts. You could argue all day that LeBron’s signing will bring billions to the Los Angeles Lakers franchise over the years. You could point out that 27-year-old Kevin Durant, arguably the best player on earth, signed for over $9 million less per year than 33-year-old Chris Paul.

There is a case to be made with nearly every maxed out player. We won’t be looking at those guys today, though. We’ll be looking at the players who signed for less than they could or should have.
