NBA: Predicting the 2019 draft lottery teams

10. Los Angeles Clippers
The final piece of the Big 3 from recent seasons is now gone, DeAndre Jordan has agreed to join the Dallas Mavericks. This time he really signed the contract too!
That hasn’t stopped the Los Angeles Clippers from trying to compete, though. They still have several borderline all-star players in Tobias Harris, Danilo Gallinari, Avery Bradley and Lou Williams coming off the bench to light it up.
They added solid veterans Marcin Gortat and Mike Scott to shore up their front line. Newly drafted Kentucky stand out Shai Gilgeous-Alexander provides some youth and playmaking off the bench. Not that they needed it with one of the greatest passers in the world in Milos Teodosic ahead of him on the depth chart.
The Clippers are an interesting team, if everything goes right for them and they stay healthy they could sneak into the playoffs if we see a major injury or two in the conference. Unfortunately, if they don’t catch a bit of luck, they are unlikely to make a serious run at the postseason.
