4. Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings find themselves on this list for two reasons. First, they swung and missed on adding Zach LaVine, whose offer sheet was matched by the Chicago Bulls.

Then, they gave $20.5 million dollars to Nemanja Bjelica. Who? Exactly. Bjelica was rumored to be headed to Philly on a one year mid-level deal before he decided against it in favor of playing overseas next year.

Not one to miss a prime opportunity to overpay an individual – the Kings decided to scoop in and give the stretch four a multi-year deal to convince him to stay stateside. The Kings didn’t make any huge mistakes this offseason, but they didn’t make the wisest of choices either.
