3. Miami Heat

The Miami Heat re-signed sharpshooter Wayne Ellington to a $6.2 million dollar deal but have yet to re-sign star Dwyane Wade. Wade will have to decide whether to resign with Heat or sign a $25 million dollar deal with a Chinese team.

To add insult to injury, South Beach lost out on the Melo sweepstakes. With or without Wade, the Heat still find themselves in salary cap hell with no easy way out. As currently constructed Miami is projected to be over the salary cap the next two seasons.

For those of you keeping track at home – that’s very bad. All they could really do is ride out the next few years in salary cap hell.
