2. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls offseason moves consist of drafting Wendell Carter Jr., re-signing shooting guard Zach LaVine and adding Jabari Parker. Now on paper that looks great, and for as much as you can trust summer league, Carter looks promising.

What this really means for Chicago however, is that they now have $120 million dollars tied up in two highly injury prone players no one is really sold on (LaVine and Parker).

In an offseason where there was no market for Parker the Bulls still somehow managed to overpay and outbid themselves.
