Where’s the flurry one trades that we thought we were going to see this summer?

Entering this summer, many expected that we were going to see quite the player movement this offseason. And not necessarily because of free agency, but because of the trades that we were going to see.

So far, this has been a pretty quiet offseason. The only real big moves that we saw was LeBron James joining the Los Angeles Lakers and Kawhi Leonard being traded to the Toronto Raptors. With that said, only one of those moves was out of left field.

This was supposed to be a summer full of big-name trades and teams trying to get back under the salary cap, or stacking up to take a good shot at the Golden State Warriors in the West, or take a stranglehold on the East now that LeBron James has moved to Los Angeles.

In the end, it has been quiet. Too quiet.
