Boogie signing with the Warriors makes them unstoppable

When news broke that DeMarcus Cousins was going to take less money to sign with the Golden State Warriors, all hell broke loose on social media and in every NBA talk circles.

Essentially, the overwhelming opinion was that the Warriors are now the most unstoppable force in the league and that there was really no point in playing this upcoming season, because we all know how it’s going to end.

And while most of that will prove to be true, the one aspect that isn’t entirely on point is the part where Boogie automatically makes them an unstoppable force. Without him, they were already pretty close. However, just adding Boogie doesn’t necessarily make them all that better.

At a certain point, there’s a point when arguably the best team ever assembled can’t improve all that much. And the Warriors might very well be there. One key part of all this that really wasn’t talked about much was the fact that Boogie is coming off a devastating injury (torn Achilles). That won’t be easy to bounce back, and even if he does he likely won’t be the same player he was. Plus, there’s the whole fitting in variable.

Sure, Boogie makes the Warriors better, but it’s not going to be the big difference that every one thinks it will be.
