17. De’Aaron Fox, Buddy Hield – Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings may not be world beaters by any means, but they are slowly getting better. And that should count for something. After parting ways with DeMarcus Cousins a couple seasons ago, the Kings have slowly added quality prospects.

And that started with Buddy Hield, who was a part of that Boogie trade, and continued with De’Aaron Fox during last year’s NBA Draft. This year, they added Marvin Bagley III with the second overall pick in the draft.

Slowly, but surely, the Kings are making strides. And perhaps the first indication of that will come this season with the possible emergence of their backcourt. This should be a big year for the Fox-Hield duo.
