13. Darren Collison, Victor Oladipo – Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers shocked the world this past season by finishing with the 5th best record in the Eastern Conference. And even though they fell at the hands of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs, there is high hope for this team’s future.

A big reason why is Victor Oladipo, who played like an NBA all-star last season and practically carried the team everyone had overlooked in the East to nearly a first round upset against the eventual East champs.

At point guard, Darren Collison is a formidable contributor. Even though he’s not a great starting point guard, he’s OK as a stopgap. This team is just getting started, and their backcourt is a big reason why.
