1. Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson – Golden State Warriors

This really shouldn’t come as a surprise. The Golden State Warriors have the NBA’s best backcourt, led by former NBA MVP Stephen Curry. This backcourt has arguably two of the five best shooters of all-time on it, and it’s pretty crazy how almost no one talks about Klay Thompson.

Still, when these two are on their game, there aren’t many other backcourt combinations in the NBA that can keep up.

Thompson, on his own team, would likely be a deadly all-around scorer. On the Warriors, he’s often more of a spot-up shooter and the best one in the NBA at that.

Curry and Thompson are the NBA’s best backcourt, and have been for the last couple of seasons. It’s difficult to see that changing this year.
