The 2018-19 NBA season is less than two months away, and training camps will open in roughly a month. That means that the 2018 NBA offseason is practically over. Which means that the dog days of August are just about over.
Now, it’s time we pick up the pieces and figure out where each team stands just ahead of the new season.
During the offseason, we saw a number of interesting storylines. For one, LeBron James left the Eastern Conference in order to join the Los Angeles Lakers. The Golden State Warriors by somehow adding DeMarcus Cousins.
Kawhi Leonard was traded to the Toronto Raptors, and DeMar DeRozan was moved to the San Antonio Spurs. Manu Ginobili has officially retired and Dwyane Wade may or may not play basketball next season.
The new NBA season is going to be filled with fascinating titles and subtitles. Question is, where does every team rank after a hectic, and somewhat wild, NBA offseason?
