NBA: Ranking the 10 best players under the age of 23 heading into 2018-19

6. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Age: 21

Stats: 24.9 points, 4.7 assits, 4.5 rebounds, 38% 3PT 

Much like Karl-Anthony Towns, if Devin Booker was a better defensive player, he would likely be higher up on this list. However, with that said and understood, he’s still an extremely deadly player on the offensive end. He already has a 70-point game under his belt.

My big concern with Booker is the fact that he plays for the Phoenix Suns, and I’m not sure what percentage of his productivity is because of the lack of talent on this roster. There’s no question that Booker is good. I don’t think anyone would say that he isn’t.

Though, there could be some stat-padding coming into play here. And that’s really the only concern when it comes to Booker.
