Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard, after seven incredible seasons with the San Antonio Spurs, moved on this offseason in a highly publicized trade to the Toronto Raptors.

Leonard is one of the biggest winners this offseason for several reasons.

1) Leonard now gets the opportunity to write his own legacy instead of following in the glory on Tim Duncan and the great Gregg Popovich led Spurs Dynasty.

2) Leonard goes to a more talented roster/team in a less competitive conference. The road to a championship became clearer for Leonard after this move.

3) Leonard becomes arguably the best player in the entire Eastern Conference with the departure of LeBron James to the West.

Leonard after his 2018 NBA offseason is set up for a major breakout in Toronto in the 2018-19 NBA season.
