LeBron’s Finals run ends

Prior to his arrival in the city of angels, King James was just coming off his eight consecutive trips to the NBA finals, a feat achieved only by a handful of players. This season sees lebron placed in the Western conferences where he faces stiffer competition to secure a top seed spot for the playoffs, talk less of a 9th consecutive trip to the NBA Finals.

He is presently placed on a team which has a mixture of proven vets (Rondo, McGee and Stephenson) and future studs in Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and Kyle Kuzma and it might be a tough ask for even the king himself to lead this rebuilding team all the way to the Finals.

The pieces are certainly there for this team to impress in the upcoming season, however making the NBA Finals is an uphill task in which they can’t conquer.
