The Celtics might have trouble re-integrating Gordon Hayward, and they should try to make a big trade

You might look at the Celtics and see the NBA’s most talented young roster. I

look at the Celtics and I see how they could have trouble re-integrating Gordon Hayward back into the rotation (with the emergence of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum) and how they will need to shed some talent in order to pay their core guys.

They likely won’t be able to re-sign Terry Rozier next summer, and will have to make a difficult decision on Al Horford. Assuming that Kyrie Irving and Jayson Tatum will be the two main core players moving forward, they could have even bigger decisions to make on Hayward and Brown too – especially if they want to make a move on another star like Anthony Davis.

Boston has great assets, but they need to start cashing them in for superstars or they will begin to lose them for nothing. With all that said, it’s a great problem to have.
