28. New York Knicks (1-5)

I feel like I need to give the New York Knicks credit. They play hard every night and are never going to roll over, in large part because that’s not in the DNA of new head coach Dave Fizdale, who is already have an impact on this young team.

And the Knicks are only going to get better with every passing game, even more so if Kristaps Prozingis makes a return this season. I wouldn’t hold him to it, but if he surprises and makes a return by mid-season, New York is going to be that much more interesting.

The Knicks have some really nice young pieces, but it’s going to be rough for much of this season. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither will this version of the Knicks. Be patient. It’ll come.
