Deandre Ayton, Phoenix Suns

Ayton has shown why he was the number one pick in 2018. Though it’s only been a handful of games Deandre Ayton is averaging a double-double. His 17.5 points per game is second on the Phoenix Suns behind Devin Booker.

When you toss in his 10.3 rebounds per game you have a ceiling that is barely being scratched right now. Ayton is also shooting 85 percent from the free thrown line and a whopping 64 percent from the field. Granted, Deandre is over 7-feet tall, but he shown that he can score in a multitude of ways. Ayton can score on the fast break, shooting his jumper from the elbow, and down low on the post.

He will be a bigger match-up problem as he gets used to the NBA game. Based on what we have seen so far, Ayton has not disappointed.
