9. Philadelphia 76ers

Last week: 6-5 

The Philadelphia 76ers are one of the most confusing teams in the NBA and the Eastern Conference. Entering the season, many believed that the Sixers would be the biggest threat to the Celtics in the East.

So far this season, that doesn’t appear to be the case. Philly has struggled as a whole and it seems that the more that they try to push Markelle Fultz into being something the more ugly it gets for this team.

Something has to give, and eventually this team is going to need to make a decision on Fultz. And it might not be pretty. Plus, J.J. Redick in the starting lineup just makes so much more sense – and looks a whole lot better.
