27. Atlanta Hawks (3-6)

Last week: 23

You will see a drop from the Atlanta Hawks this week, but this is not necessarily unexpected. The Hawks got off to a better-than-expected start to the season, winning two of their first three games. Although, they followed that up with three-straight losses this past week.

Don’t get me wrong, the Hawks have some really nice pieces. Trae Young has gotten off to a great start to his rookie season and Taurean Prince is going to be a candidate to win the NBA’s Most Improved Player of the Year award.

The Hawks might have a bright future, but expect them to fall back into what we all expected them to be this season – and that’s one of the bottom five teams in the NBA. And that’s OK. This is simply part of the rebuild.
