1. Golden State Warriors – Steph Curry & Klay Thompson

The Golden State Warriors have hands down the greatest shooting backcourt of all-time. The divesting avalanche of scoring that buries Golden State’s opponents on a nightly basis is rarely seen in today’s game.

Even though Klay Thompson has not shown the ability to create for others, his knock down shooting and lockdown defense makes him an elite player (NBA record 14 3’s on nine dribbles in 27 minutes).

Steph Curry showed last year in the NBA Finals that he is still one of the best basketball players on the planet. The addition of Kevin Durant two years ago has taken away some of the shine but Chef Curry looks like he is ready to get back in the spotlight with MVP type numbers.

Curry and Thompson are averaging a combined 51 points, nine rebounds and nine assists. Both are also shooting over 46 percent from the field and Stephen Curry, specifically, is shooting 49 percent from 3-point range.
