6. Toronto Raptors – Kyle Lowry & Danny Green

Kyle Lowry is the heart and soul of the Toronto Raptors and he is distributing the ball at a career clip – he’s averaging nearly 11 assists per contest – and Danny Green is still the ideal 3-and-D wing in the NBA.

In addition to getting his teammates involved in the offense early and often, Lowry is still lighting up the scoreboard by averaging 16 points per game on 47 percent shooting from the field. His running mate, Danny Green, is averaging nearly 10 points per game on 44 percent shooting from 3-point range.

All the talk around the Raptors has been the addition of Kawhi Leonard, but this team wouldn’t be sitting atop the Eastern Conference without the contributions of both Lowry and Green.
