22. Minnesota Timberwolves (7-9)

Last week: 22 

Now that Jimmy Butler is no longer with the Minnesota Timberwolves, we’re going to get a lot more of Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins. In the era without Jimmy B recently, the Wolves have actually won three in a row.

Still, I’m not entirely buying the fact that this is sustainable. We’ll see, and I may end up wrong here but I still believe that this is a bottom third team in the NBA this season. They will show signs of promise, as they did before Butler, but I’m not sold on them yet.

This is a team that will likely be a middle of the pack Western Conference team, and will likely miss the playoffs. It’s back to the good old days for the Wolves.
