LeBron’s decision

This all started when LeBron James shocked the Miami Heat in 2014, when he decided to make the move back to the Cleveland Cavaliers. It’s a move that perhaps many in the league expected it to happen, but not many inside that Heat organization.

Or at least they didn’t expect it to happen so suddenly. Because of that decision, the Heat panicked the rest of the summer and made some rash moves. However, none of the decisions made that summer really impacted what the team is going through now.

However, you can’t begin to explain the team’s current mess with the fact that LeBron’s decision caught the franchise off guard.

But what happened over the course of the next few seasons begins to set the table for the team’s current mediocrity.
