NBA Trade Rumors: Wizards’ Bradley Beal not really available due to asking price
NBA Trade Rumors: The Washington Wizards are reportedly open to trading everyone on their roster, but the asking price for Bradley Beal is insane
It was reported last week that no one was off the table for the Washington Wizards, however it would be quite surprising to see the team move Bradley Beal.
That’s what ESPN’s Zach Lowe has been hearing. Unless there’s a team out there willing to give up a huge amount for Beal, it shouldn’t be expected for the Wizards to move their all-star.

"I think what they’re asking for Beal, from what I’ve heard, makes him functionally not available. But maybe. Maybe some team throws the Brinks truck or their price comes down."
It was reported a few days ago that the Charlotte Hornets inquired about the possibility of acquiring Beal. However, not much else has surfaced since. The Wizards are currently a mess and have one of the NBA’s worst records.
Through the first month of the season, the Wizards are 6-11 and doesn’t appear to be playing any better as of late. They’re losing to teams with significantly less talent than they currently have on their roster and this current core appears at the end of their tunnel.
That’s why a trade, or even multiple ones, is really the only thing that could potentially save the season for the Wizards. But, especially with the situation with this team’s contracts, that could prove to be a difficult objective to get completed.
Washington might be in a world of trouble, but don’t expect any big trades anytime soon. The Wizards, like a few other teams in the NBA right now, are stuck in mediocrity. If there’s any consolation in Washington’s current misery it’s that this team still has two all-star players that can go off on any night.
