NBA Trade Rumors: Taking a look at the five best possible landing spots for Bradley Beal, in the event that the Wizards move him

Just a few weeks ago, it was reported that the Washington Wizards were open to listening to offers for any player on their roster. No one was off the table.

It was then reported this past week that Bradley Beal wanted out of Washington. In fairness, that report was shot down by his agent shortly after. But considering that the team has been bad thus far this season, and the fact that the locker room seems poisonous at this point, it might actually be in the best interest of everyone involved for the Wizards to blow everything up.

Through the first quarter of the 2018-19 NBA season, the Wizards are 8-14. A team with the amount of talent that this team currently has on its roster should not be six games under .500 at any point in the season.

Something has to give. If this team is going to be together, this is a squad that can’t afford to miss the playoffs. It just can’t happen. And that’s one of the bigger reasons why many believe that the Wizards could make a rash move. Perhaps one involving their best trade piece, Bradley Beal.

Beal’s price tag is not cheap. He’s averaging 22 points, four assists and four rebounds on 47 percent shooting from the field and 34 percent from 3-point range. He’s the prototypical two-guard in today’s NBA, and he’s only 25 years old. For any team interested in making a trade for Beal, it’s going to come at a steep price.

But in the event that the market seriously heats up for Beal, and if the Wizards continue to spiral into irrelevance, here are the five best team fits for Beal.
