Mike Budenholzer, Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks have always had talent but lacked the coaching that could help put it all together on the floor. That was until Mike Budenholzer took over this summer, after being let go by the Atlanta Hawks.

The Bucks have a top 3 offense in the NBA and the leagues fourth best defense. Milwaukee has looked like the Raptors biggest threat and for the first time since Giannis Antetokounmpo became a star they are a legit threat to make the NBA Finals.

Similar to Toronto, the Bucks not only have a Coach of the Year candidate but also an NBA MVP candidate in Giannis. The Bucks might have finally found the right formula to make real noise in the Eastern Conference.
