11. Memphis Grizzlies (16-13)

After reeling off seven of eight in the middle of November, the Memphis Grizzlies have really struggled as of late. I’m not really sure what the Grizzlies are at the moment, and whether or not they should be considered a viable threat in the West.

The team has lost eight of their last 13 games, and have dropped numerous games that playoff teams simply don’t drop. The real culprit, which has caused this team to struggle with consistency, has been their offense.

Their defense has been good this year, they’re a top 10 defensive team on most nights. But their offense has kept this team from being a top 5 team in the West. If they don’t improve on that end of the floor, this team likely falls out of the top 8 in the West.
